1.　日本語ボランティアひまわり（以下当団体）は、個人情報保護法および関連するその他の法令・規範を遵守します。

2.　当団体のお問い合わせ者（以下質問者）の個人情報に関する利用目的は下記の通りです。
(1) 質問者のお問い合わせに対する回答、相談
(2) イベントやその他の情報提供の為の連絡

3.　利用目的の範囲を超えて、個人情報を利用する必要が生じた場合は、質問者にその旨を連絡し、同意を得た上で利用します。
